01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the New-U Peptides website (new-u.io), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this site or purchase any products.

New-U Peptides is a brand operated by Hilxera Distribution Services LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (ID: 2026-001928701).

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02. Eligibility

To use our website and purchase products, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Be a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or purchasing on behalf of a recognised research institution
• Be located in a jurisdiction where the purchase and possession of research-grade peptides is lawful

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above criteria.

03. Research Use Only

All products are sold exclusively for scientific and laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal ingestion, injection, topical application, or any other form of personal use.

• Products must only be handled by trained laboratory personnel in an appropriate research environment.
• Products must be stored in conditions consistent with their product labels and certificates of analysis.
• Any misuse of research compounds is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• New-U Peptides makes no representations regarding safety, efficacy, or suitability for any use outside of controlled in-vitro research.
• Products are not approved by any regulatory authority (including the FDA, MHRA, or EMA) for human or veterinary use.

By completing a purchase you warrant that the products will be used solely for lawful scientific research and that you accept full responsibility for their handling and use.

04. Product Information & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, compound specifications, and certificates of analysis are accurate and up to date. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.
• We reserve the right to modify product formulations, specifications, or packaging without prior notice.
• Certificates of analysis are provided as-is and reflect testing at the time of manufacture. We do not guarantee results under conditions outside our control.
• Typographical or pricing errors do not constitute a binding offer. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

05. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at checkout before an order is processed.

• Payment methods: We accept card payments (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency. Available methods are displayed at checkout.
• Payment security: All card transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant third-party processors. We do not store your card details.
• Order confirmation: An order is only confirmed upon successful payment authorisation and our email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion prior to dispatch.
• Cryptocurrency payments: Crypto payments are considered final once the required number of network confirmations have been received. Exchange rate fluctuations after payment submission are not grounds for a refund.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team at hello@new-u.io may result in permanent account suspension.

06. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds and the strict handling requirements they entail, our refund policy is as follows:

• All sales are final unless the product is demonstrably defective, damaged during shipping, or the wrong item was dispatched.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@new-u.io with your order reference and a description of the issue.
• Photographic evidence may be required for damage or defect claims.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
• We do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

07. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the EU, USA, and UK. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

• EU: Standard 3-7 business days / Express 1-3 business days
• USA: Standard 5-10 business days / Express 3-5 business days
• UK: Standard 3-5 business days / Express 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control (customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays) may affect delivery.

• The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that importation of research compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
• New-U Peptides will not be liable for orders seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
• If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Orders placed to restricted or prohibited jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded in full.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New-U Peptides (Hilxera Distribution Services LLC), its officers, members, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products
• Personal injury, illness, or death resulting from human or animal consumption of research compounds
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from reliance on product descriptions, certificates of analysis, or third-party test results
• Service interruptions, website downtime, or technical errors
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, shipping carriers, or payment processors

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of New-U Peptides (Hilxera Distribution Services LLC) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
• Third-party compound names, brand names, and trademarks referenced on this site are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
• The New-U Peptides name, logo, and branding may not be used in any promotional material without a signed licensing or distribution agreement.

10. Distribution & Resale

Products purchased from New-U Peptides are intended for the personal research use of the registered buyer only. You agree that you will not:

• Resell, redistribute, or transfer products to any third party for personal or human consumption
• Represent yourself as an authorised distributor or agent of New-U Peptides without a signed distribution agreement
• Use New-U Peptides branding, trademarks, or imagery in any promotional material without written consent
• Export products in violation of the laws of your country or destination country

11. Affiliate Programme

New-U Peptides operates an affiliate programme that allows approved partners to earn commissions on referred sales. Participation is subject to the following conditions:

• Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with New-U Peptides to their audience in accordance with applicable advertising standards (including FTC guidelines and ASA rules).
• Affiliates must not make health claims, therapeutic claims, or imply that products are safe for human use.
• Affiliates must only use approved marketing materials and messaging provided or pre-approved by New-U Peptides.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• Self-referral (using your own affiliate link for personal purchases) is prohibited.

New-U Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, withhold unpaid commissions for fraudulent referrals, and pursue legal action where appropriate.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and refuse service if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or abuse
• You initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team
• You engage in unauthorised resale or distribution of our products
• You misuse products in a manner inconsistent with their intended research purpose

Account termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless New-U Peptides (Hilxera Distribution Services LLC), its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of products purchased from us
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any claim by a third party arising from your actions or omissions

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
