01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the New-U Research Compounds website (new-u.io), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this site or purchase any products.

New-U Research Compounds is a brand operated by Hilxera Distribution Services LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (ID: 2026-001928701).

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02. Eligibility

To use our website and purchase products, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Be a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or purchasing on behalf of a recognised research institution
• Be located in a jurisdiction where the purchase and possession of research-grade compounds is lawful

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above criteria.

03. Research Use Only

All products are sold exclusively for scientific and laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal ingestion, injection, topical application, or any other form of personal use.

• Products must only be handled by trained laboratory personnel in an appropriate research environment.
• Products must be stored in conditions consistent with their product labels and certificates of analysis.
• Any misuse of research compounds is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• New-U Research Compounds makes no representations regarding safety, efficacy, or suitability for any use outside of controlled in-vitro research.
• Products are not approved by any regulatory authority (including the FDA, MHRA, or EMA) for human or veterinary use.

By completing a purchase you warrant that the products will be used solely for lawful scientific research and that you accept full responsibility for their handling and use.

04. Product Information & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, compound specifications, and certificates of analysis are accurate and up to date. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.
• We reserve the right to modify product formulations, specifications, or packaging without prior notice.
• Certificates of analysis are provided as-is and reflect testing at the time of manufacture. We do not guarantee results under conditions outside our control.
• Typographical or pricing errors do not constitute a binding offer. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

05. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at checkout before an order is processed.

• Payment methods: We accept payment through a range of independent, PCI DSS-compliant card and digital-wallet processors and licensed cryptocurrency gateways. The current line-up is displayed on the checkout page and may change without notice as we onboard new providers or retire existing ones. As of the date above:
  • Card & digital wallets: Quiklie, Peptide-Pay, Conflux, CLKK Wallet, TagadaPay, NexaPay, and Lexicons, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal depending on processor and region.
  • Cryptocurrency: NOWPayments, StableDrop (USDC settlement), and PassimPay, supporting BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and dozens of additional networks.
• Payment security: All card transactions are tokenised by the selected PCI DSS-compliant processor before any data reaches our servers. We never see, transmit, or store full card numbers, CVVs, or magnetic-stripe data; we are not the merchant of record for raw card data.
• Order confirmation: An order is only confirmed upon successful payment authorisation and our email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion prior to dispatch.
• Cryptocurrency payments: Crypto payments are considered final once the required number of network confirmations have been received. Exchange-rate fluctuations after the invoice is generated, mempool congestion, and network gas fees are not grounds for a refund or reshipment. Sending the wrong asset, sending on the wrong chain, or underpaying a deposit address is the buyer's responsibility, verify the asset, network, and amount before signing the transaction.
• Processor availability: Individual payment methods may be added, removed, or temporarily disabled at any time. If your selected method becomes unavailable mid-checkout, refresh the page and choose an alternative; no order is created until payment is authorised.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team at hello@new-u.io may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any pending reshipment claim under our Replacement Policy.

06. No Refunds, We Reship

There is no refund policy. All sales are final. If something genuinely goes wrong with your order we ship it again at no cost.

• No monetary refunds. No card refunds, no crypto returns, no bank reversals.
• We reship when the order is damaged in transit, lost by the carrier, held indefinitely in customs, the wrong item, or defective on arrival.
• Claim within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels) by emailing hello@new-u.io with your order reference and a one-line description. Photos may be requested for damage, defect, or wrong-item claims.
• Opened, reconstituted, or handled products are not eligible for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Please don't chargeback before contacting us. One email is faster than a bank dispute. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in account suspension.

07. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the EU, USA, and UK. Because we ship direct from the source with no middleman, delivery timings are as follows:

• UK: approximately 4 business days
• EU: approximately 6 business days
• USA: approximately 8 business days

Shipping is a flat rate per region (€25 EU / £25 UK / $30 USA) and is free on orders over €300 / £300 / $300.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control (customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays) may affect delivery.

• The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that importation of research compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
• New-U Research Compounds will not be liable for orders seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
• If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Orders placed to restricted or prohibited jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded in full.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New-U Research Compounds (Hilxera Distribution Services LLC), its officers, members, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products
• Personal injury, illness, or death resulting from human or animal consumption of research compounds
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from reliance on product descriptions, certificates of analysis, or third-party test results
• Service interruptions, website downtime, or technical errors
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, shipping carriers, or payment processors

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software - is the property of New-U Research Compounds (Hilxera Distribution Services LLC) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
• Third-party compound names, brand names, and trademarks referenced on this site are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
• The New-U Research Compounds name, logo, and branding may not be used in any promotional material without a signed licensing or distribution agreement.

10. Distribution & Resale

Products purchased from New-U Research Compounds are intended for the personal research use of the registered buyer only. You agree that you will not:

• Resell, redistribute, or transfer products to any third party for personal or human consumption
• Represent yourself as an authorised distributor or agent of New-U Research Compounds without a signed distribution agreement
• Use New-U Research Compounds branding, trademarks, or imagery in any promotional material without written consent
• Export products in violation of the laws of your country or destination country

Wholesale and distribution enquiries may be directed to hello@new-u.io. Unauthorised resale may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Affiliate Programme

New-U Research Compounds operates an affiliate programme that allows approved partners to earn commissions on referred sales. Participation is subject to the following conditions:

• Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with New-U Research Compounds to their audience in accordance with applicable advertising standards (including FTC guidelines and ASA rules).
• Affiliates must not make health claims, therapeutic claims, or imply that products are safe for human use.
• Affiliates must only use approved marketing materials and messaging provided or pre-approved by New-U Research Compounds.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• Self-referral (using your own affiliate link for personal purchases) is prohibited.

New-U Research Compounds reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, withhold unpaid commissions for fraudulent referrals, and pursue legal action where appropriate.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and refuse service if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or abuse
• You initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team
• You engage in unauthorised resale or distribution of our products
• You misuse products in a manner inconsistent with their intended research purpose

Account termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless New-U Research Compounds (Hilxera Distribution Services LLC), its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of products purchased from us
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any claim by a third party arising from your actions or omissions

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
