Reconstituted vials: Store in the fridge at 1–6°C, away from direct sunlight. Reconstituted peptides have no strict expiry, studies show approximately 5% degradation over 12 months when refrigerated properly.

Lyophilised (dry powder) vials: Store unopened vials in the freezer (−20°C) for maximum longevity. Only move a vial to the fridge when you’re ready to reconstitute it.

General rules: Always keep peptides away from sunlight and heat. Do not freeze reconstituted vials. Specific handling details are included with your Certificate of Analysis.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund - your choice. Contact us with your order reference and tracking number so we can file a claim with the carrier. Resolution typically takes 5–10 business days.

If your product arrives damaged, reach out to us with photos of the damage and we will work on resolving the matter in full.

We stand behind our quality. If a product is found to not match its CoA or purity standards, contact us immediately with evidence. We will replace the product or issue a full refund. This is guaranteed as part of our quality assurance commitment.

No, returns are only accepted for defective or misrepresented products. If you've used, opened, or tested a product, it cannot be returned.
