What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, US, and 30+ European countries including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. Delivery fees are $15–$20 depending on destination, and orders over $400 ship free.
How long does shipping take?
Because we ship direct from the source with no middleman, delivery takes approximately 14 days to Europe and the UK, and 20 days to the USA. All shipments are fully tracked and arrive in a discreet brown box with no indication of contents. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes, all orders arrive in a plain brown box with no branding or indication of contents. We comply with all applicable shipping regulations.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes, all shipments include tracking information provided via email. You can monitor your order status from dispatch through delivery.
What if my order is delayed by customs?
Customs delays can occasionally occur with international shipments. We'll provide you with tracking information so you can monitor progress. If your package is held or rejected by customs, reach out to us and we will work on resolving the matter in full.

Products & Quality

Are your peptides tested and verified?
Yes, all New-U peptides are lab-verified by independent third-party laboratories including Janoshik and Freedom Diagnostics. Each product comes with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) showing purity and composition.
What does "research-grade" mean?
Research-grade means our peptides are manufactured to high purity standards suitable for scientific research and laboratory analysis. They are NOT intended for human consumption, injection, or veterinary use. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified researcher using these products exclusively for legitimate research purposes.
How should I store peptides?
Reconstituted vials: Store in the fridge at 1–6°C, away from direct sunlight. Reconstituted peptides have no strict expiry — studies show approximately 5% degradation over 12 months when refrigerated properly.

Lyophilised (dry powder) vials: Store unopened vials in the freezer (−20°C) for maximum longevity. Only move a vial to the fridge when you’re ready to reconstitute it.

General rules: Always keep peptides away from sunlight and heat. Do not freeze reconstituted vials. Specific handling details are included with your Certificate of Analysis.

Do you offer sample sizes?

How are payments processed?
We partner with multiple secure payment providers to handle your transactions. During checkout, you select your preferred payment method — crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, USDC, USDT, and more) or card — and you're connected to the appropriate payment gateway to complete your transaction securely.
How quickly can I complete payment?
Payment can be completed immediately during checkout. Simply select your preferred payment provider and follow the on-screen instructions. Most transactions are processed within minutes. If you experience any issues, reach out on Telegram for immediate assistance.
How do I add items to my cart?
On each product page or the shop, select your desired dosage and quantity, then click "Add to Cart". Your cart is saved locally in your browser. You can review your cart at any time and adjust quantities before proceeding to checkout.
What's the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount. You can order as little as a single vial. Bulk orders receive volume discounts: $400+ (2.5% off), $800+ (5% off), $1,250+ (10% off).
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — you can modify or cancel your order before completing payment. Simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@new-u.io with your order reference. Once payment is completed and the order is dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
Why do you ask for my Telegram handle?
Telegram is optional but recommended. It allows us to send you real-time order updates, shipping notifications, and faster support. Many customers prefer Telegram for quicker communication. Your handle is never shared with third parties.

Payment Processing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods, each handled by dedicated payment providers:
  • Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), USDC, USDT, and more. Fastest processing and dispatch.
  • Stablecoins on Base L2 — USDC & USDT on Base network for minimal transaction fees.
  • Card — Visa & Mastercard, processed securely through our card payment providers.
How do the payment providers work?
During checkout, you select your preferred payment method and are connected to one of our secure payment providers. Each provider handles a specific payment type — crypto gateways for digital currencies, bank transfer processors for wire payments, and card processors for Visa/Mastercard. Your transaction is processed securely through the chosen provider.
How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
At checkout, select one of our crypto payment providers. You'll be shown a wallet address and the exact amount to send in BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC, USDC, USDT, or other supported cryptocurrencies. We also offer stablecoin payments on Base L2 for minimal transaction fees. Once your transaction is confirmed on-chain, your order is processed and shipped. Crypto payments are the fastest way to get your order dispatched.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor — we never see or store your card details. Crypto payments are peer-to-peer and secured by the blockchain. Bank transfers go through established banking channels. Your personal data is encrypted and never shared.
What if my payment session expires?
Payment sessions may expire after a period of inactivity. If this happens, simply return to your order or contact us at hello@new-u.io and we'll help you complete payment right away.
Do you charge VAT or import duties?
Our prices are quoted in USD and do not include VAT or import duties. Depending on your location and local regulations, these taxes may be applied by your customs authority upon delivery. You are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes or duties.

Order Status & Tracking

How do I check my order status?
You'll receive email updates at each stage of your order:
  • Order received — confirmation email with your order reference
  • Payment processing — complete payment through your chosen provider
  • Payment confirmed — confirmation that payment was received
  • Shipped — dispatch notification with tracking number
  • Delivered — delivery confirmation from the carrier
You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page. If you provided a Telegram handle, you'll receive real-time updates there too.
When does my order ship after payment?
Orders are dispatched the same business day once payment is confirmed (if received before 2pm GMT). Payments received after 2pm or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
I'm having trouble completing payment — what should I do?
If you're experiencing issues with a payment provider, try selecting a different payment method at checkout. You can also contact us at hello@new-u.io with your order reference or reach out on Telegram for immediate assistance. We'll help you complete your transaction right away.
My tracking shows no movement — is my order lost?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially for international shipments crossing borders. Allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update after dispatch. If there's no movement after 5 business days (UK) or 10 business days (international), contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
What happens if my package is lost or not delivered?
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice. Contact us with your order reference and tracking number so we can file a claim with the carrier. Resolution typically takes 5–10 business days.

Support & Returns

What if I received a damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged, reach out to us with photos of the damage and we will work on resolving the matter in full.
What if a product doesn't match the Certificate of Analysis?
We stand behind our quality. If a product is found to not match its CoA or purity standards, contact us immediately with evidence. We will replace the product or issue a full refund. This is guaranteed as part of our quality assurance commitment.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied with my research results?
No, returns are only accepted for defective or misrepresented products. If you've used, opened, or tested a product, it cannot be returned. We cannot be responsible for research outcomes or experimental results. However, if you have questions about a product's suitability for your research, contact us — we're happy to help.
